Duties & responsibilities
To follow up with the company’s bills & invoices after making sure that all supporting documents are accurately & correctly presented.
To follow up with the company’s suppliers & their payments after preparing the necessary journal transactions of the general ledger on the system to create the firm’s financial statements.
Prepare special financial reports on local purchases & cheques.
To follow up the electricity, water, communications & transportations expenses and their payments.
Receiving the company’s deposits based on official documents.
Preparing financial reports by collecting, analysing & summarizing accounting information.
Preparing payments by verifying documentations.
Substantial financial transactions by auditing documents.
Keep accounting information confidential.
Qualifications & Skills:
BSc. Accounting , finance
1-2 years’ experience
Professional certification is a plus.
