Position: Procurement Coordinator.
The candidate will be responsible for :
1. Convert all purchase requisitions to purchase order on the system
2. Send purchase orders to suppliers
3. Follow up with the suppliers the status of the purchase order
4. Follow up all related documents (invoices, COO, COA, packing list, and any other shipping documents )
5. Send RFQ to suppliers and get the best quality and price
6. Follow up with other departments all documents receiving (invoices handed over to finance )
7. Saving all documents in an organized way in folders
8. Follow up with clearance companies on the status of shipments
9. Make sure all PO is closed and updated on the system on a monthly basis.
– Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business or any related field.
– 1- 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
